I can’t order online. Is it possible to order by telephone, fax or mail? Can I pay via check, cash or money order?

No. At the moment we don’t take orders over the telephone or mail, as we don’t have the staff to take orders world-wide. The only way of placing an order is via our secure server, using a credit card, debit card or online check (for USA residents.)
